Who I am

Thirty Days is run by Sally Hargraves, a sole trader based in Bicknacre, Essex. I am responsible for the personal information you share through this website. You can contact me at hello@thirtydays.co.uk or on 07940 893045.

What I collect

When you fill in the contact form I collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you send me. If you book a session I will also keep the details needed to deliver it, such as your business name and social media profile links.

Squarespace, the platform that hosts this website, collects basic visitor information such as pages viewed, browser type and an approximate location. This helps me understand how the site is used.

How I use it

I use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver your session, send invoices and keep in touch about the work we are doing together. I will not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Lawful basis

I process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to deliver the services you book and to meet my legal obligations such as keeping financial records. Where I rely on my legitimate interests I make sure they do not override your rights.

Who I share it with

Your information is stored with trusted providers who help me run the business, including Squarespace for this website, my email provider, WhatsApp for follow-up questions and my accounting and payment providers. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if we do not go on to work together. Client and financial records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to or restrict how I use it. To make a request email hello@thirtydays.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
